Sales: the main target of the sales force is to be ready to satisfy all the customer needs with low lead time and operating in the most economical way. The Italian territory is divided into areas and each areas is overseen by agents that manage daily customer orders. Every agent has a deep knowledge of the Mazza products, a complete understanding of possible problems and a long experience in the food industry.
Offices: each organizational sector consists of specific departments (commercial, client support, administration, logistics, acquisitions). All departments are connected through the computer network, with specific software available for every aspect of the operations.
Quality control: Mazza Alimentari product quality is monitored daily through both controls at warehouses and at the producer level.
Warehouse: the company has a total of 10.000 sqm of covered warehouses, where products are labeled, stored, and prepared for shipment. The warehouses include a laboratory for the production of cutlery envelopes, with generic and custom-printed napkins.
Logistics: The warehouses are managed and organized by a specific office that plans the goods handling and the deliveries. Mazza Alimentari transportation fleet of refrigerated trucks and vans provides the highest quality product preservation.
